Terms of Service

Welcome to PlayAce Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayAce Games website and games (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Darvinian Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus, with its registered office at 3 Faidriadon 3, 3076 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). References to "you" or "your" mean the person who registers for or uses the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service.
• You confirm that your use of the Service is permitted under the laws that apply to you, and you may not use the Service where it is prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.

3. Nature of the Service

• The Service is a social games platform offered for entertainment only.
• Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency. They have no real-world or monetary value and are not your property.
• Gold Coins cannot be purchased to gain value, sold, traded, gifted, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, credit, goods, or any prize.
• No purchase is necessary at any time to access or enjoy the Service. The Service is free to play.
• Outcomes within the games are determined by us and are intended for fun. The Service is not a means of earning money or achieving any financial return.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may register only one account for yourself and may not use another person's account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• We may refuse registration, or suspend or close an account, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Gold Coins

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Gold Coins within the Service.
• You may receive Gold Coins as a starting balance and through free periodic top-ups and in-game features.
• We may, acting reasonably, adjust, add, remove, or expire Gold Coins, and we are not liable for any loss of Gold Coins, as they have no monetary value.
• Gold Coins remaining in an account that is closed or inactive may be forfeited.

6. Responsible play

We want the Service to stay fun. Although no real money is involved, we encourage healthy play habits:

• Treat the Service as entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover anything of value.
• Set your own limits on how long you play, and take regular breaks.
• Do not let play interfere with your daily responsibilities, sleep, or relationships.
• If playing stops being enjoyable, step away for a while.

You may ask us to apply a cool-down period, limit your access, or close your account at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 14. We will action reasonable requests promptly. If you are concerned about your relationship with games of any kind, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional or a relevant support organisation in your country.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes, balances, or rewards;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or any unauthorised software to interact with the Service;
• create multiple accounts, or share, sell, or transfer accounts;
• attempt to access the Service or its systems other than through the interface we provide;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or to harass other users.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, and reset or remove Gold Coins obtained in breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, games, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may add, change, or remove games and features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because Gold Coins have no monetary value, we have no liability in respect of Gold Coins. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your licence to use the Service and any Gold Coins ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, save that, if you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections and the courts of your place of residence as provided by applicable law.

15. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or sale.
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above, and your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
